HEALTH AND VENDOR FAIR INVITATION

2008 ALZHEIMER’S NETWORK
WALKS’ TO REMEMBER!

Salem Walk is October 4 at Riverfront Park
Albany Walk is October 18 at Heritage Mall

Join the fun this year as the Health and Vendor Fair gives you the opportunity to
introduce your business to numerous community residents who support those
affected by memory impairment. We enjoy the participation of families and friends
of persons with memory impairments, professional caregivers, and businesses. The
whole community is invited to the Walk ~ the largest fundraising activity
supporting services and programs of the Alzheimer’s Network of Oregon in
Benton, Linn, Marion and Polk counties.

As an exhibitor you may bring displays, marketing materials about your
organization and give-away items to entice walkers and volunteers to visit your
table. You may bring a canopy.

For Salem, set up time on day of walk is 9:00 am. The event is open to the public
at 9:30 am with the actual Walk beginning at 11:00 am. The Walk to Remember

H & V table need to be registered as an individual walker or team member upon
arrival at the Walk and will receive a free lunch coupon. For the Albany Walk,
